Location: Sheetz Corporate - Claysburg, PA

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:

Analyze opportunities and develop methodologies to minimize cost, improve labor productivity, improve service levels in stores. Manage complex projects to improve Store Operations and serve as an unbiased analyst to Sheetz Operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (other duties may be assigned)

1. Manage complex business impact projects within Store Operations.
2. Analyze process, procedures, equipment, and layout to identify improvements to enhance service or worker productivity in Store Operations. Facilitate the implementation of process and procedure improvements.
3. Assist in designing production processes and production management processes for Store Operations and in facilitating the implementation of improvements at stores.
4. Assist in designing production technology used in Store Operations and in facilitating the implementation of improvements at stores.
5. Perform time and motion studies as necessary based upon new equipment introduction or updated procedural changes and use the data collected to update labor standards or to improve equipment or processes.
6. Assist in developing and reporting out on performance measures for all levels to use in monitoring business processes and service levels.
7. Manage the efficient implementation of other assigned projects.

REQUIREMENTS: (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

Education

4 year degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience required
