Description: Under indirect supervision, performs technical optical laboratory work of the highest level, requiring the skilled used of precision & hand operated equipment.

Positions at this level include: Surface Layout Worker, Finish Layout Worker, Special Jobs Worker, Mounter, Inspector Spotter, & Final Inspector.
