Job Description
Consult customers on business goals, objectives, and needs as they relate to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and other system needs. Expertise and work efforts focus primarily on implementing Oracle Cloud ERP, with efforts focused on the Supply Chain (SCM) module. Work directly with customers to provide needs assessment, installation, set-up, implementation, training, and consultation services.
Extensive travel to customer sites will be required.
Duties:
- Serve as liaison between end-users and consultants during consulting projects.
- Work with clients to gather business requirements and translate those needs into software solutions. Define specifications and data models for product development and testing. Use development specifications to create detailed test cases and analyze results.
- Assess available solutions and recommend solutions to consulting team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Configure Oracle Cloud software solution to meet client requirements.
- Create test scripts and training documentation.
- Provide training for clients. Prepare training outlines and materials specific to client needs.
- Keep project manager and project team informed on individual deliverables.
- Travel to client locations to meet and collaborate with client team members. Tour client facilities to gain an understanding of their business operations and processes. The majority of travel will be via air, though occasional project locations may be close enough to drive to.
- Assist sales team to create solutions and provide estimates for implementation activities. May serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) during the sales process.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A four-year degree in Business or a related field is required. A graduate degree is a plus.
- Must have at least 5 years of Oracle Cloud ERP implementation experience, with deep expertise in the Supply Chain (SCM) module.
- Must be able and willing to travel extensively via air and automobile.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.

- Proven ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills.
- Superior project planning and management skills. Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to absorb, master, and leverage emerging technologies. Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Talent for creatively utilizing technology, people, and processes to solve unique business problems cost-effectively.
