Position Summary
The Analyst OMS is responsible for file maintenance in the Order Management System database.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Database and File Administration
- Responsible for entering, auditing, and maintaining product, customer, and other related data in the Order Management System database.
- Manages helpdesk requests from internal associates for assigned areas of responsibility.
Customer Data Administration
- Publishes price and product specifications on ASMConnects.
- Communicates new customer and client information to MPC.
- Utilizes custom report-writer to validate data entered.
- Assists with preparation of training documents and guidelines for database team use.
- Assists with system testing to support software upgrades.
- Communicates with the EDI Department and various other client customer based departments.

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports
Indirect Reports
This position does not have guidance or mentoring responsibilities for indirect reports
Travel and/or Driving Requirements
Travel and Driving are not essential duties or functions of this job
Minimum Qualifications
- Education Level: (Required) Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- Field of Study/Area of Experience: Computer Science
- 1-3 years of experience in relevant experience in the Grocery Industry are a plus

- Highly computer literate with strong data entry skills.
- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong business math and analytical skills.
- Extremely accurate and detail oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with interpersonal skills.
- Excellent in Customer Service abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, VLookup).
Environmental & Physical Requirements
Office / Sedentary Requirements
Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
