Order Selector

FULL-TIME

$25.35/hr, plus $2000 new hire bonus, see details below

The starting wage for this position is $20.00/hour. The wage has the potential to reach $25.35/hour once the employee reaches the productivity rate within their first 90 days.
This is a physical but highly rewarded position. The job requires excellent attendance, attention to safety and a great work ethic. Shift starts at 1:00 pm and goes until the work is done for the day.
Order Selectors pick grocery items from our 760,000 sq. ft. warehouse for our member stores. Operates industrial pallet jack and lifts product by hand. Order Selectors may work in very cold environments, repeatedly lift cases that could weigh as much as 90 lbs, but average 30 lbs, stack product, understand instructions given to you via a headset and work safely with equipment provided. This is a fast-paced environment that requires Order Selectors to be able to move quickly and accurately on a timed production standard. Prior production warehouse experience is preferred!

Schedule

Shift start: 1:00PM
Shift length: 8 - 13 hours
5 days a week including Sundays with non-consecutive days off

Qualifications
  • Must pass drug screen (cannabis excluded)
  • Must pass background check
  • Can lift 90 lbs
  • Must be at least 18+ years old
Drug screen is required but does not include cannabis 6 months of previous warehouse experience in the last two years Electric pallet jack or stand-up forklift experience.
