Job Description

An established critical access hospital located in the Upper Connecticut Valley region is now looking for an experienced Orthopedic Clinic Charge Nurse (RN) to join their award-winning healthcare team.

For more than a century, this 35-bed critical access hospital has provided accessible, affordable, and high-quality healthcare. This location represents a number of services including a level IV Trauma Center, inpatient services, orthopedics and surgical services, imaging and laboratory testing, behavioral health, and rehabilitative services. 

The Orthopedic Clinic Charge Nurse (RN) will help lead the planning and delivery of patient care, evaluate patient care and clinical staff, and also acts as a clinical expert in the unit. The Orthopedic Clinic Charge Nurse (RN) will also have oversight of the medical records functions and data collection for the department. The Orthopedic Clinic Charge Nurse (RN) will report to the Nurse Manager and Clinic Director. 

Requirements Include:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Registered Nurse RN license in the state of New Hampshire or ability to obtain
• Ability to lead a team efficiently under limited supervision
