Job Description

Oak Forest Health and Rehabilitation is currently seeking a Personal Nursing Assistants to join our team of dedicated health care professionals. We have openings on multiple shifts to choose from and are able to be flexible with 8 or 12 hour shifts. In addition we would love to discuss our generous sign on bonus as well!

Applicant must have current certification.

Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing and the Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), the CNA responsibilities include, but are not limited to; supervising and assisting with activities. Serving meals to residents and assisting with feeding as needed. Providing or assisting with resident personal care. Taking/recording vital signs.
