Responsibilities of a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor:

• The central goal of the RN Supervisor is to develop a collaborative and efficient workplace with specific attention to quality resident care.  
• Maintain the department, setting long-term goals.
• Oversees record-keeping processes.
• Review staffing at the change of a shift, and assign and replaced staff to meet resident care needs. 
• Complete patient care rounds, coordinates admissions, transfers, and discharges.

Requirements for a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Hiring only vaccinated staff

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Shift and Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Day shift, evening shift, night shift, overnight shift
• No Weekends
• Weekends only
• Weekend availability
• Monday to Friday

Work Setting:

• Rehabilitation Center
• Long term care
• Nursing Home
• Acute Care
