Job Description

My client which is a non-union automotive tier 1 supplier is seeking a Payroll / Benefits individual to handle benefits, payroll, retirement, and other services provided through a variety of partners and technology. The responsibilities are as follows:

· Serve as lead for considering new HRIS technologies

· Improve administration of workforce planning function, using Kronos (and other technologies) to deliver automated dashboards and teammate self-service.

· Manage, administer and over-see both the hourly and salary payrolls, and maintain records related to this function for all locations.

· Work with the HR group to deal with, FMLA Management, Unemployment, EAP, Retirement, Workers Compensation, Exit management, etc.

· Serve as the lead contact for medical, dental, eye, life insurance, etc.

· Manage and maintain appropriate compliance status as it relates to Federal and state regulatory requirements (document retention, information control, etc.)

· Convert and maintain HR systems and structures into HRIS technology

· REQUIREMENTS:

· Undergraduate degree

· Advance knowledge of Kronos, MS Office products.·

· Advanced knowledge of HRIS / Payroll systems
