Salmon Brook Rehab and Nursing is a short and long term care facility located in Glastonbury, CT. We are currently seeking per diem RN Supervisors to join our team!

Previous LTC Supervisor experience is strongly preferred.

Candidates must posses a valid CT RN license in good standing.
