$2,000.00 SIGN-ON BONUS!

The Pavilion is currently seeking Weekend Baylor Personal Care Aids (PCA). The Weekend Baylor PCA will work two 16-hour shifts on Saturday & Sunday and get paid for 40-hours.  FULL-TIME HOURS IN 2 DAYS!

PCA Duties Include:

• Attend first to resident safety above all other duties.
• Report any problems, concerns, or questions to the Case Manager immediately.
• Perform periodic checks on each resident to determine safety, comfort, stimulation, etc.
• Assist residents to program location and return residents to appropriate units.
• Be familiar with established emergency procedures.

PCA Requirements Include:

• Previous experience with Geriatric population preferred.
• Strong computer skills necessary.
• Positive attitude and energy
• Ability to work effectively as a team member
• Strong organizational & planning skills; ability to multi-task.
• PCA Certification in NYS.
