Job Description

The Personal Care Aide (PCA) is a paraprofessional member of the health care team, who works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, by assisting with the daily tasks to meet the client’s personal needs and offer supportive assistance in the tasks of daily living, within the client’s place of residence.
