We are seeking caregivers to join our independently owned and operated national agency. We have clients needing care in the following areas Mt. Vernon, White Plains, Yonkers, Eastchester, New Rochelle, Scarsdale, Larchmont, Mamaroneck, Lower Westchester and Bronx Counties.

We are looking for an HHA/PCA or Caregiver that can work PT/FT hours, weekdays and/or weekends.

SYNERGY HomeCare of Westchester offers: 

• BASE PAY $17/HOUR WITH PAY UP TO $20/HOUR DEPENDING ON SKILL/ASSIGNMENT/DRIVER

As an HHA/PCA with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide clients with ADL's as directed, but not limited to bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility
• Assist with mobility devices
• Assist with medication reminders
• If requested, help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Adhere to policies and procedures set by office administration
• Work with Synergy team to make sure your clients are properly cared for

Qualifications & Requirements

• HHA and/or PCA  NY certification
• Physical examination report within the last 10 months with clearance for habituation 
• Evidence of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) test within the last year
• 2 professional references
• National background check clearance
• Reliable transportation/Valid driver’s license a plus
