Personal Care Aide (must be able to provide valid DL and car insurance)

Job Description

Right at Home, In-Home Care & Assistance, is seeking to hire a skilled Caregiver(HCA) to join a dynamic care team providing clinical expertise in-home. We have immediate part-time positions available. Shifts are immediate, Mondays and Fridays from 12p-4p. There are also other shifts available and flexibility with schedules. Responsibilities and Duties:

Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living which include (but are not limited to):

Companionship
Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions
Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments.
Performs housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathroom- organizing loose paperwork and bills, assist with bill payment reminders
Supervise daily use of elliptical client has in the home

Performs patient-specific activities. These could include (but are not limited to):

Medication reminders
Assisting with the prescribed range of motion exercises
Measuring and preparing special diets
Understanding dementia care
Drive client to appointments and errands

Job Requirements

Must be registered with State of California Home Care Aide Registry
Current Live Scan (FBI and DOJ)
Current TB screening
Covid Vaccination Record
Valid Driver's License and auto insurance
