($500 Sign On Bonus)

Here at Elizabethtown Healthcare and Rehab our residents are the most important part of our facility.  We strive to give the best care!  We have a 39 bed Personal Care Facility.  We are currently under new management and seeking employees to join our team and care for our dear residents.  

Job Description:

• Provide Over the Top Care 
• Work as a Team to Accomplish Resident Goals
• Communicate with MedTechs
• Communicate with Personal Care Home Administrator
• Assist Residents with ADLS
• Assist with Admissions/Discharges
• Follow Resident's Support Plan
• Follow Facility Policies, DHS Regulations, and HIPAA Law

Schedule:

• Everyother Weekend
• Everyother Holiday
