Must have:

• Minimum 1-year of caregiving experience
• Proof of Minimum PCA Job Competencies
• Valid Background Check / Fingerprints
• Current BLS/CPR Card
• Current TB Test
• Great Attitude
• Scrubs

Job Duties:

• Review client care plans and provide for activities of daily living by assisting with meals, ambulating, positioning and turning as required
• Documentation of completing forms and reports
• Protect & Honor clients' rights
• Potential client transportation as required (with valid DL and insurance)
