Hospitality Aides have the unique opportunity to impact our residents in a positive way every day! Under the supervision of a Licensed Nurse, you will provide routine patient assistance to promote patient comfort and contribute to the overall patient plan of care. Hospitality Aides provide a variety of support functions which contribute to the overall efficient operation of the nursing & food service departments.

As a Hospitality Aide with Manitowoc Health and Rehab you will:

• Provide non-clinical assistance to resident
• Duties include passing and collecting meal trays from the dining rooms and residents rooms and delivering ice water to residents.  You will also go to the central kitchen to assist with delivering meal carts and dishes.  You will be interacting with residents and other staff all while you perform these tasks.
• While interacting with residents you will be able to recognize and report abnormalities and/or changes in residents health or behavior to the unit Nurse. 
• Customer service is first and foremost important in all roles at Manitowoc Health and Rehabilitation.
