Job Description

My Friends Pediatric Day Health Care is seeking a Personal Care Attendant to care for and transport our special needs children in our Stockton center.

Job duties include but are not limited to: Direct patient care such as oral feedings, diaper changes, positioning and transfers, and assists clients in the participation of independent and group activities. This position also requires the employee to train as a driver in order to transport our clients to and from their homes.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, walk, bend and reach as needed to perform patient care and/or transfer of patient.
• Ability to communicate effectively with other staff, patients and families.
• Clean DMV record.
• Current CPR certificate.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
