Lending Representative – Excellent Benefits Package


A well-established financial institution in Cincinnati that offers an EXCELLENT benefits package and is temp-to-hire.
Position Details:

The hours are 8am-5:30pm Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays. The starting pay is $18/hr.

• • Interviews and counsels' members to determine their credit union needs and either transacts the business or refers them to the proper staff member.
• • Writes member consumer loan applications. Must maintain a specified level of performance.
• • Has a thorough knowledge of credit union loan policies, current interest rates, and other financial products. Must be capable of discussing various loan alternatives with the member.
• • Has a thorough knowledge of credit union deposit products and is able to guide the member toward the product best suited for their needs.
• • Ensures that each application is filled out completely and that all necessary information is gathered.
• •Provides information regarding credit union services and cross-sells those services. Must maintain a specified level of cross-selling performance.
• • Must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Suite as well as have ability to learn various software's as required.
• • Performs other duties as assigned.
