We are helping our client who is seeking a full time PT to work in their clinic that includes a 25-bed hospital, multi-specialty medical clinic and a rehabilitation center. If you love to come to work and do your best every day, to give excellent care and have a positive attitude, this job may be for you. This job will require the therapist to work with both orthopedic outpatient and subacute inpatient patients. This is a patient-centered clinic with one-on-one treatments (45 minute treats, 1 hour evaluations) and scheduled documentation time. Hours are four 10-hour shifts Monday through Friday.

Pay: $35.54 to $53.32 depending on experience.

Requirements of the Physical Therapist
Experienced PT or New Grads Accepted
Valid Colorado state PT License
Degree from PT Accredited College
COVID Vaccine

Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist
Diagnose and manage movement dysfunction and enhance physical and functional abilities.
Restore, maintain, and promote not only optimal physical function but optimal wellness and fitness and optimal quality of life as it relates to movement and health.
Prevent the onset, symptoms, and progression of impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities that may result from diseases, disorders, conditions, or injuries
Recommend use of assistive devices and provide gait training, as deemed necessary
Completes discharge planning by consulting with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other health care workers; contributing to patient care conferences.
Documents patient care services via EMR charting using defensible documentation in a timely and concise manner, in compliance with industry standards.
