Job Description

Join a team of dedicated physical therapists serving their community for over 20 years. Our client is a locally-owned outpatient manual therapy clinic. We are working with our client in Las Cruces, New Mexico, to find an outgoing, licensed physical therapist to fill a permanent, full-time job opening.

Birding, cycling, and hiking draw outdoor lovers, and nearby White Sands National Park is the only spot on the planet of its kind. Las Cruces blends a unique variety of such special events, attractions, culture, and historical sites, as well as superb weather, with 320 days of sunshine per year.

40 hours per week
15 patients per day
2 Evaluations per day with the rest of the consisting of treatment and PTA Supervision

Responsibilities of the Outpatient Physical Therapist
Provide quality outpatient physical therapy services
Evaluate and assess your patients to establish functional, measurable goals that promote restoration of functional abilities.
Advise and consult with the family and/or other caregivers as indicated to promote the client's level of progress toward mutually agreed upon goals and plan for discharge.
Participate in educating the client and the family or other caregivers to promote the client's progress toward mutually agreed upon goals.

Requirements of the Physical Therapist
Prefer PT with orthopedic experience
Valid New Mexico state PT License
Degree from PT Accredited College
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team setting
Provide a quality customer service focus and an enthusiastic attitude

Pay: $70,000- $90,000 per year Based on experience
