Job Description

We are working with our client to find an outgoing, licensed physical therapist to fill a permanent opening. This is a full-time position is working in a Physical Therapist owned and operated outpatient clinic. Patient population is 10 years and up, with the average person being the weekend warrior, ages 35-55. The clinic has 19 private treatment rooms and three gym areas. Our client has a great culture and is ultimately looking for the right fit for the remarkable rehab team and clinic. Compensation & Benefits of the Outpatient Physical Therapist
$85,000 Based on experience
Health Insurance
401K with up .50 cents per $1, up to 10% match!

Responsibilities of the Outpatient Physical Therapist
Provide quality outpatient physical therapy services from teens to geriatric
Evaluate and assess your patients to establish functional, measurable goals that promote restoration of functional abilities. Advise and consult with the family and/or other caregivers as indicated to promote the client's level of progress toward mutually agreed upon goals and plan for discharge.
Participate in educating the client and the family or other caregivers to promote the client's progress toward mutually agreed upon goals.

Requirements of the Outpatient Physical Therapist
Outgoing personality
Minimum 1 year PT experience
Valid North Carolina state PT License
Degree from PT Accredited College
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team setting
Provide a quality customer service focus and an enthusiastic attitude
