Job Description

myPTsolutions is seeking a passionate and motivated licensed physical therapist assistant for our client, an outpatient clinic in Bellaire, Michigan. This PTA job is a 13-week travel position, working approximately 30 hours per week. Interested candidates must hold a Physical Therapist Assistant Associate's degree. Bellaire has a plenty of wintertime activities from tubing, snowboarding, downhill and cross country skiing at Shanty Creek Resorts, to ice fishing, snowmobiling, and fat tire biking at Glacial Hills Pathway.

Compensation
Salary: $35 - $40 hour Based on experience, benefit level and traveler status. *

Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist Assistant
The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) is responsible for delivering and supporting the therapeutic programs (within the parameters of training and expertise) designed and established by the Physical Therapist.
Responsible for implementing specifically prescribed physical therapy programs for individuals and groups as designed by Physical Therapist.
Responsible for documentation of these treatments, recording patient status, treatment response, changes noted and patient/family education.

Requirements
Graduate of an accredited 2-year Physical Therapy Assistant program
Valid Michigan Physical Therapist Assistant license
2 years of experience
