Our client it seeking a new grad PT or experienced licensed physical therapist! The privately-owned, independent clinic has been serving its community for 20 years and continues to grow. The clinic in Johnson City, Tennessee, is nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, and has big-city amenities and small-town charm. If you are interested in joining a team of therapists and provide effective and customized care for every patient, we would love to talk to you. Patient population includes orthopedic, neurologic, and lymphedema in patients ranging from birth to geriatric. If you are a new graduate, mentoring is available.

Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist
Provide quality physical therapy services from birth to geriatric
Evaluate and assess your patients to establish functional, measurable goals that promote restoration of functional abilities. Realize your own potential to achieve your goals and overall excellence.
Advise and consult with the family and/or other caregivers as indicated to promote the client's level of progress toward mutually agreed upon goals and plan for discharge.
Participate in educating the client and the family or other caregivers to promote the client's progress toward mutually agreed upon goals.
Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week

Requirements of the Physical Therapist
Covid Vaccine
Experienced PT or New Grads Accepted
Valid Tennessee state PT License - or ability to obtain one
Degree from PT Accredited College
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team setting
Provide a quality customer service focus and an enthusiastic attitude

Compensation & Benefits
Salary $70000 - $85000 Based on experience
