Do you have at least one year of experience working as a home health physical therapist? myPTsolutions is assisting its client to hire a Physical Therapist to work a 32-hour week in home health working 8am - 4:30pm. This is a travel job for 13 weeks or more. Enjoy the beautiful scenery of central California as you drive to your client's homes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality Home Health physical therapy services for our client.
• Assist patients in meeting functional, measurable goals that promote restoration of functional abilities.
• Completes evaluations to ensure quality standards and addresses assessment areas that require attention. Uses appropriate clinical techniques and tools and establishes individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Provides therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques. Establishes individualized care and discharge plans and ensures plans are communicated to appropriate parties.
• Completes comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines.
• Supervises assigned assistants.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent - REQUIRED
• At least 1 year of PT experience - REQUIRED
• Covid testing/vaccination - REQUIRED
• Home Health experience - Preferred
• Master's or Doctorate - Preferred
• Mileage reimbursed at the standard IRS rate
