Our client serves a range of markets-- health & beauty & home care; food & beverage; and industrial. Our client supplies both boutique manufacturers and the world’s top brands with a variety of rigid packaging dispensing systems---pumps, sprays, etc.

In this newly created position, as Plant Accountant, you will report to the Controller. You will serve as a key member of the Finance Team, with a focus on:

Cost Accounting
Preparation of management reports for internal and external submission
Forecasting
Budgeting
Month end closing
Maintenance of internal accounting systems and processes

As Plant Accountant your background should include:

BS in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Accounting and Finance, with strong standard cost accounting experience
Strong financial and/or managerial accounting skills
Advanced skills with accounting and financial consolidations systems
Strong business acumen
Lean/Six Sigma problem solving experience a plus.
Project and process management experience
