Position: Plant Maintenance Manager

Compensation: Salary $100-$110,000 “range” Bonus 7.5% - 15%

Position Summary: The Maintenance Manager is responsible for plant maintenance & capital projects. The company is rapidly growing and anticipates expansion of plant capacity, equipment, production and manpower. Position Responsibilities:

• Manage maintenance personnel with decisions related to facilities, process equipment, training, daily maintenance tasks, preventative maintenance, spare part management.
• Collaborate with team to Identify, plan, and conduct product and process improvements.
• Work closely with operations team and planners to determine equipment time, parts, and tools necessary for scheduled work orders and outages
• Select and oversee outside contractors as needed to complete projects and repairs.
• Maintenance Manager will work with management team to develop annual maintenance and capital expenditure budgets.
• Manage and maintain all manufacturing equipment, SOP’s, and maintenance dept. training records.
• Provide training and coaching in systematic, root cause problem solving and facilitate complex problem solving as needed.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing. Experience in an automated manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Welding, hydraulic, pneumatic and conveying systems experience required.
• Proficient knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)/Automation,
• Experience with LEAN principles and continuous improvement implementation
