Experience:

· Must have at least (10) years of increasing technical experience within chemical production roles (area supervisor, superintendent, etc.)

· Engineering degree required

Scope:

Provide production engineering leadership to the Production Department through safe, reliable and efficient operation of production, utilities and shipping facilities within a chemical plant. Directly supervise (3) Production Superintendents and (1) Logistics Superintendent (over 100 employees will roll up under this Production Manager position). Senior member of the plant leadership team and reports to the General Manager.

Key Requirements:

· Proven successful leadership experience through staff supervision and direction

· Interested in continuous upward growth track/relocatable in the future

· Must have chemical, petroleum or oil/gas industry experience
