The Pre-Operative Testing/PACU Clinical Nurse Supervisor will be joining a 20+ patient bed hospital that offers a host of healthcare amenities including a full spectrum of inpatient and outpatient Surgical Services, a Family Birthing Center, Endoscopy, Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Cardiopulmonary Services, and 24/7 Emergency Services. The Pre-Operative Testing/PACU Clinical Nurse Supervisor will work report to the Director of Perioperative Services and will work to develop staff education programs, analyze performance improvement initiatives, and manage the daily operations in the Same Day Surgery and Post Anesthesia Care Unit. The Pre-Operative Testing/PACU Clinical Nurse Supervisor will also ensure that all state and federal regulatory standards are upheld.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse Leader with prior experience in the areas of PACU, Short Stay, Endoscopy, or Ambulatory Services! The Pre-Operative Testing/PACU Clinical Nurse Supervisor will be an integral leader for the peri-anesthesia, PACU, PreOp, and Endo units. Support for this Nurse Supervisor will come from a distinguished team of Supervisors, Charge Nurses, Nurse Educators, Surgical & Scrub Techs, and Staff Nurses.
