Job Description

Bowling Green Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking Licensed Nurses for our Baylor Program.  As a participant in the Weekend Premium Program you are required to work at least 24 hours on weekend shifts (between 7 am Friday and 7 am Monday) every weekend, in addition to another shift during the week, if applicable (per facility needs) to reach a minimum total of 36 hours, for full-time status.  Hours worked between 7 am Friday and 7 am Monday will be paid at your base rate plus 30%.

The LPN/RN supervises CNAs and provides direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and MFA guidelines. Provides general nursing care to patients in accordance with state and federal regulations and MFA nursing policy and procedures. Writes weekly/monthly summaries of patients’ status, abilities and addresses problems identified in the patient care plan for review.

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

Current license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse.

One (1) year of previous nursing experience is preferred. New Grads welcome to apply.
