Job Description
Resort Lifestyle Communities is currently accepting applications for a Procurement Manager to maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, and negotiate contracts for more complex purchase orders. The Procurement Manager is responsible for evaluating and analyzing purchasing trends and prices to identify forecasted demand and minimize purchasing costs. This role will work at the Resort Lifestyle Communities Home Office in Lincoln Nebraska.

Responsibilities:
- Manages all purchasing activities and establishes strategic purchasing processes and procedures.
- Evaluates spending operations and negotiates pricing while seeking ways to improve and enhance the quality of products purchased and timeliness of deliveries.
- Conducts cost analysis and sets benchmarks for improvement.
- Works closely with vendors and suppliers while continually scouting for additional vendors.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in accounting, finance or business preferred.
- Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP) or Certified Professional Purchasing Manager (CPPM) or other purchasing certifications is a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a procurement or supply chain role, preferably with multi-unit facility operations and/or a construction environment.
- Able to initiate and maintain positive vendor/supplier relations while holding them accountable to negotiated contract terms and conditions.
- Proficient in Microsoft office software including spreadsheets, word processing and database applications.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication, organization and negotiation skills.
