PRODUCT MANAGER

(This position can be fully remote from home)

Our client is creating a better future by helping stakeholders in the senior living ecosystem make the right decisions fast. By using our unique geospatial analytics platform, these stakeholders - owners, operators, investors, healthcare providers, and suppliers - can make data-driven decisions that ultimately maximize our nation's ability to provide quality housing to the elderly.

The New Product Development team plays a crucial role in creating that future. We partner with colleagues and customers to determine the most valuable products we can deliver to the market. We strive to understand our customers’ and users’ needs to solve their problems in elegant and groundbreaking ways!

The Role

You will play a key role in guiding the company into its next phase. You will be working with internal and external stakeholders across the organization to understand our business and the needs of our users. Your decisions will have a direct impact on our sales strategy and on our technology platform.

This is a highly cross-functional role, with a focus on unblocking and empowering other teams – including data, engineering, and sales – to quickly execute on our roadmap. Our teams, our company leadership, and ultimately our customers will look to you to guide them to success and to help them solve problems.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Drive the evolution of strategy and products
  • Research senior housing landscape and competition and stay abreast of a fast-changing market
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to deliver products to market
  • Participate in all aspects of product development from discovery through product launch and sales
  • Create collateral to support sales and customer success, including one pagers, case studies, and white papers
  • Measure the impact of product releases and use data to inform the roadmap

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in strategy, product management or in an appropriate domain (e.g., senior housing, healthcare, or real estate investing)
  • Experience in a B2B client-facing or vendor management role
  • Experience working closely with engineers and data. Must be comfortable with manipulating large datasets in MS
  • You can build alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to tailor communication to the different audiences you engage with
  • You are comfortable facilitating meetings and ensuring all the voices in the room are heard
