The Product Management Specialist is an important part of the team that thinks through the functionality necessary to operationalize collaborations with partners or tackle new use cases. Quantum Health is selective in its partnerships and takes great care to ensure thoughtful technology investment and workflow development so that the people we serve receive a superlative experience that makes impact. Responsibilities include helping to analyze new use cases, build investment theses, operationalize partnerships, and perform foundational work to leverage Quantum’s capabilities in new ways.

 

The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare transformation with a focus on innovation and helping people.  The Product Management Specialist will work closely with clinical, operational, technology and other functional experts from across the enterprise, as well as with external partners, to ensure we are solving the right problems and adding value, leading to the creation of roadmaps that will drive our products.

  • Perform competitive analysis
  • Identify opportunities
  • Develop requirements and visioning documents
  • Build and socialize road maps
  • Build business cases to secure investments
  • Define idea objectives
  • Develop high level use cases
  • Identify investments necessary to achieve goals
  • Project revenue and contributions
  • Investigate variable assumptions and model scenarios
  • Lead operationalization efforts
  • Develop vendor and partner relations
  • Think through and develop workflows
  • Gather stakeholder feedback to ensure optimal alignment
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver on product and feature vision
  • Identify, define and organize activities to create an efficient iterative process
  • Foster a culture of process improvement and zero defect
  •        All other duties as assigned.  

 

What you’ll bring 

  • Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in healthcare product management
  • Able to translate market/customer (internal and external) needs into solutions and strategies that meet those needs at or above gross margin goals
  • Vendor management / relationship management skills
  • Understanding of P&L, proformas, pricing strategies
  • Business case experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Preferred
  • Operational experience
  • Experience at a digital healthcare or healthcare navigation company
  • Has knowledge of product design principles and the application of design thinking methodology
  • Experienced working closely with product owners, marketing, sales, account management and working in an agile work environment
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and program management skills
  • Highly organized, able to multi-task
  •        Strong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently. 
  •        Trustworthy and accountable behavior, capable of viewing and maintaining confidential information daily.
