R&K Building Supply, a Division of US LBM is Seeking Manufacturing Assemblers for Our Gilbert, AZ location.

How You Will Spend Your Days as an Assembler Associate:

• Assembling precut wooden parts
• Moving precut parts to work areas and positioning parts in alignment with supervisors’ instructions and blueprint specifications
• Verify dimensions of precut parts for accuracy of assembly
• Utilize hammers, saws, pneumatic nail and staple guns to connect parts

Assembler Requirements:

• Experience. None, we are willing to train the right candidates! But it’s also great if you have construction experience
• Physical.  Ability to stand for 8-10+ hour work shifts - this role is active and there is exposure to the outdoor elements
• Heavy Lifting.  Ability to lift up to 75lbs consistently and bend, twist, squat and reach throughout work shift
• Willingness. Must have the drive to learn
• Teamwork.  Team focused approach to work
• Excellence.  Excellent work ethic and attendance

• Depending on experience, the pay range can vary between $12 and $20 an hour.
