Production Associate

FULL-TIME

$15/hr

Responsible for all activities associated with assisting the machine operator, including, setup, operation, cleanup.

Duties include:
- Accurate and efficient set-up of all machinery operations in accordance with proper setup techniques
- Loading sheets into feed section of machine or offload finished product
- Minimizing waste of materials.
- Properly operating machine to run efficiently and produce quality products.
- Assisting in training of other helpers in all job duties.
- Uphold WestRock’s priority-hierarchy of Safety, Quality, Cost, and Productivity.
- Taking a proactive approach in the maintenance, housekeeping, and overall upkeep of assigned equipment.

Shift start: 3:00AM or 5:00AM or 2:00PM
Shift length: 8 hours
Monday - Friday, some Saturdays
