Goodyear Lawton is currently seeking Production Associates. Our production workforce supports the tire manufacturing process in various machine operations. Starting pay ranges from $18.63 - $20.56/hr. with increases at 6 months, 12 months and 18 months.

Requirements to become a successful candidate are: 

-          High school diploma or GED. 

-          Successful completion of a background check & drug test. 

-          Successful completion of pre-employment assessment. 

-          Job specific physical work capabilities exercises. 

-          Must be willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. 

-          Ability to lift at least 50 pounds or more on a regular basis. 

-          Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Previous manufacturing and/or industrial experience   
• Previous experience as Production Associate in a manufacturing plant  
• Additional education and/or certification in manufacturing   
• Experience adhering to industry-specific safety standards
