Position Title: Production Coordinator Assistant - 1st Shift

Wage: $16.50/hour

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Printing, folding, and sorting work ticket traveler packs; includes large print files, step files, DXF files, electronic files dropbox where needed
- Sorting needs to be specified by Production Managers and may vary by production facility
- As needed, supply production personnel with reports from system (serial tag checkoff sheets, fabricated part reports, standard operating procedures, deviation forms, etc.)
- Deliver prints to Production Managers or Production Supervisors with labels/tags/highlighting/skid or palletizing that is required or needed for ease of distribution
- Coordinate as needed any outside processes or work done between buildings, could involve the transfer of parts or material

Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detailed orientated, professionalism, reliability, and desire for accuracy
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing while working independently or with a team, while building favorable relationships
- Agility and adaptability to meet deadlines (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.)
