Production Operator

The opportunity for 2nd or 3rd shift Production Operator:

Job Description:

To operate and oversee the printing, scoring, die-cutting, folding and gluing of quality products in a safe and efficient manner. The operator is responsible for knowing how to perform all of the job duties associated with both the operator and assistant positions.

Leadership skills
Computerized print, flexo and die cut machines Corrugator machines
Machine operator experience

A commitment to alerting the management team when safety, quality or other production issues arise.

What you need to succeed:
2+ years of higher education in a related field 2+ years of military service in a related field
Applicants need to possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities to be considered: A general understanding of safety practices in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read and understand production specifications (training provided)
Strong reasoning and problem solving skills
General computer skills such as the ability to navigate through program screens Willingness to take initiative, learn new skills and help team members

Applicants for this position must be:
Willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift which generally runs from approximately 3pm-11pm to 11p-7a
Willing to work mandatory overtime and weekends, as needed
Able to safely maneuver around our machines - some of which are in tight quarters! What we offer:

Schedule

Shift start: 7:00AM or 3:00PM or 11:00PM
Shift length: 8 hours
Monday-Friday, every other Saturday required
