Job Description

Production Operator

FULL-TIME

$24/hr

- Provide support to multiple departments by
- Perform physical labor tasks
- Assist and/or operate paper mill equipment including a variety of material handling equipment and tools
- Obtain supplies for operators
- Perform general cleanup around paper machines and other moving equipment
- Perform work while wearing a supplied air respirator (dependent on the department)
- Work around fast-moving machinery
- Work at heights
- Drive a lift-truck type vehicle and operate hoists

Schedule

Shift start: 6:00AM or 2:00PM or 6:00PM or 10:00PM
Shift length: 8 - 12 hours
Rotating 12-hour 2-2-3 shift schedule, or rotating 8-hour southern swing

Qualifications

• Must pass drug screen (cannabis included)
• Must pass background check
• Can lift 50 lbs
• Must be at least 18+ years old

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis Ability to successfully pass a post-offer physical assessment Ability to work a rotating 12-hour 2-2-3 shift schedule or rotating 8-hour southern swing (schedule is dependent on department). We do not have any straight shift openings all will entail a rotating shift. Overtime is required and built into the schedule rotation
