Production Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a Production Supervisor for a large food manufacturing company that specializes in custom food and beverage formulas. We service the food and beverage industry, restaurants, private label and distributors.

Qualifications/Duties

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 5-7 years minimum experience
• Strong leadership and organization skills.
• Knowledge of maintenance, QA, production scheduling, sanitation and regulatory agency
requirements.
• Lean, Six Sigma experience preferred.

• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) experience preferred

• SQF experience preferred

• Direct and lead a crew of 30-40 employees. Supervises and schedules production
and processing personnel daily, to accomplish production objectives in an efficient
manner that meets customer expectations.

• Review production schedule daily and weekly and manage production orders.

Compensation/Benefits

Salary range of 75k to 95k, plus bonus potential.
