Starting Pay - $19.38/hr
PLUS $1.00/hr shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts
Increases after 60 days up to $21.00/hr, depending on job assignment
Full-time positions only

Primary duties for a Production Worker (Industrial Operator) include safely performing a wide range of tasks, conducting quality checks, material set-up, machine set up and maintaining a clean and organized work space. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safely, demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operating complex machinery.

What you need to succeed:

-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Ability to work daily overtime, weekends and various shifts depending on your position. Must be willing to work any available shift.
-Ability to push, pull, bend, squat, lift, reach and kneel for up to 12 hours a day and push or pull up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis.
-Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
-Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math and computer skills.

Schedule

Shift start: 2:00PM or 10:00PM
Shift length: 8 - 12 hours
2:00 PM - 10:00 PM or 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM. Overtime required.
