Production Worker

FULL-TIME

$18.21/hr

International Paper located in EightyFour, PA manufactures corrugated packaging products. We are looking for motivated individuals who are capable of performing a multitude of functions in a flexible fast-paced production environment. Our workplace requires individuals who understand the needs of the business while maintaining a focus on cleanliness and safety, customer satisfaction, quality and productivity.

Specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Safely operating machinery
The ability to practice housekeeping
Reading factory orders
Utilizing basic shop math such as accurately reading tape measures, gauges and other testing equipment
Consistent quality and count inspection of a product
Accurately completing quality and administrative document checks to ensure specific directions are followed
Candidates must have the ability to work both the afternoon and midnight shifts, and work overtime as needed

Schedule

Shift start: 3:00PM or 11:00PM
Shift length: 8 hours
Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays. Successful candidate must be flexible to work afternoon and midnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Must pass drug screen
• Must pass background check
• Can lift 40 lbs
• Must be at least 18+ years old

Applicant will need to pass the AON Assessment Test at the time of the interview and be able to work any shift.
