Production Worker

FULL-TIME

$19.10/hr

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
 Continuously drive the facility's culture toward a Safety conscious environment. Challenge status quo Safety behaviors, engage in Safety initiatives and attend all Safety related training.
 Drive for and ensure work product remain in or exceed the standards and specifications established by Quality Assurance and Compliance.
 Initiate and drive continuous improvement within the department, operations, and other areas of the facility as part of the team to ensure plant sustainability.
 Engage and support a team environment within the department and across the facility.
 Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Safety policies and other policies as outlined by the Company.
 Production Operator will ensure proper specification on product
 Track downtime downstream of filler and other applicable downtime equipment with the area,
 Perform required weight and code checks at correct intervals.
 Clean machine regularly during production, maintain floor cleanliness and complete all required Master Sanitation Schedule items daily,
 Pass on information to incoming shift
 Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Schedule

Shift start: 6:00AM or 6:30AM or 7:00AM or 2:00PM or 2:30PM or 3:00PM or 3:30PM or 10:00PM or 11:00PM
Shift length: 8 - 16 hours
Sunday - Thursday, Sunday - Wednesday & Saturday, Monday - Friday

Qualifications

• Must pass drug screen
• Must pass background check
• Can lift 50 lbs
• Must be at least 18+ years old
