    Our Identity Management team will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and supporting Identity Management solutions that provide confidentiality, integrity and accountability of our systems and data to our employees and constituents. This team is tasked with facilitating the Identity Life-Cycle Management for both internal and external users. The architect role has the responsibility of mentoring their co-workers and setting the standards and direction of the overall Identity Management program.

    What You'll Do:
    • Help build, from the ground up, a greenfield Identity Management program that modernizes the user experience and provides zero-trust security.
    • Be instrumental in creating, evolving, and supporting Identity Management governance, processes, best practices, guidelines, and standards.
    • Advise and mentor various teams on the Identity Management approach, architecture, and standards.
    • Build relationships with Cyber Security, DevSecOps, Product teams and the business to translate requirements into technical projects.
    • Drive adoption of Identity Management architecture, design, best practices across the organization.

    What You'll Need:

    Minimum Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology field

    Minimum Experience:
    • 5+ years in Information Technology
    • Deep understanding of user lifecycle management and customer lifecycle management.
    • Demonstrated experience designing Identity Management architecture with modern security, testing and documentation principles and best practices.
    • Ability to work independently, think critically, and help build a greenfield IAM Program.

    Preferred Skills:

    • 6+ years in architecting, planning, building, and supporting Identity Management Solutions
    • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure
    • Demonstrated experience mentoring teams on Identity Management architecture initiatives
    • Extensive experience with Multifactor Authentication, Single Sign On, and SAML.
    • Extensive experience with Privileged Identity/Access Management
    • Experience with access certifications
    • Experience with audits, both internal and external
    • Knowledge of HIPAA, PCI-DSS, HITRUST, and SOC
    • Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work with cross-functional team members
    • Self-starter with aptitude and hunger for learning new technologies
    • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, with executives, peers, customers and partners.
    • Experience working in a team environment
    • Previous human HealthCare experience is a plus!
