Job Description

As a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for day-to-day coordination of projects and support of project teams. You will coordinate work for assigned project teams, monitor and report project or team performance against specified project goals and objectives and build and maintain internal stakeholder relationships. Your responsibilities will also include achieving project deliverables and escalate issues that affect project deliverables, provide timely and on-going communication to appropriate stakeholders as well as update and monitor a project tracking tool (e.g., Jira, Version 1, etc.)

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) – Project Management Institute (PMI)
  • At least 1 year of healthcare IT work experience
Expectations
  • Must reside in or around the Springfield, MO area
  • Must obtain a Class E drivers license
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
