HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO AS PROJECT MANAGER
Prepares, executes, develops and communicates project plans and milestones to ensure deliverables are met; manages processes and teams to accomplish project goals.
Oversee all aspects of projects to include due diligence, initiation, planning, execution and closing stages; define project scope, objectives, requirements, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Manage and implement project changes/interventions to achieve completion; act as a liaison to expedite projects or problem resolution.
Provide in developing sound project strategy; perform system and workflow analysis to improve productivity and to alleviate bottleneck.
Conduct project post implementation reviews.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
Represents the bank in a positive light in all professional duties. Participates in civic and community affairs, functions, and organizations promoting a positive involved “community image” for the bank.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.
HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED TO BE QUALIFIED AS A PROJECT MANAGER
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
Project Management Certification in PMP, MPM, Prince2 preferred
Strong proficiency and recent experience in utilizing Microsoft Project and/or Microsoft Project Web App. This must include the setting up of project plans, resources and daily tracking of each
Strong presentation skills and presentation experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
