Job Description
We are looking for a Purchasing Clerk to work for an Excellent Company located in La Palma. Salary $18-$20/hr.
Responsibilities
Experience with food safety
Research potential vendors
Contact suppliers with inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.
Check contract terms of agreement and pricing
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices
Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
Skills
Minimum 2-3 years working in purchasing or inventory experience
Understanding of supply chain procedures
MS Office
Experience using ERP system more
