 itrac LLC is a rapidly growing, venture backed company focused on the retail healthcare space.  Our leading cloud-based software product, illumitrac, helps dentists create and manage their own in-house membership clubs for patients who do not have insurance. Our marketing solution, Dental Revolution, helps dental practices grow their businesses and achieve their dreams.

To assist itrac LLC and specifically Dental Revolution in meeting its growth goals, we need a QA Engineer to join our team to create and maintain good testing practices across our entire organization.  This role is critical to growing our brands and thereby improving millions of Americans' awareness and access to quality dentistry. Our desire is for this person to be based in our home city of Portland, Oregon, but for the right candidate we are willing to consider remote employment.

We have a diverse suite of applications that we have built and maintain across the entire company supporting all product lines.  We are looking for a QA engineer that can test both our core applications and Wordpress backed client websites. Our ideal candidate is someone that can design a manual test plan, document the procedures and ultimately automate it to cut down on manual testing. As the initial QA person you would have an opportunity to design the testing strategy for the entire company.

Primary Duties:

• Create, maintain and execute test plans
• Create automated test suites for core applications
• Refine and automate testing for Wordpress backed websites
• Communicate test results and estimates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience writing and executing QA test plans for web applications
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience creating test strategies, designing test cases and maintaining automated regression test scripts
• Experience working in an agile development process

Desired Requirements:

• Experience with creating tests using Selenium and Laravel Dusk
• Familiarity with data structures, SQL, and backend concepts
• Strong understanding of REST and experience creating API testing/automation
• Understanding of performance testing, creating performance test plans, measurements, and performance test automation.
