QA Technician

FULL-TIME

$17.76/hr

Responsible for completing all lab analysis to ensure quality and productivity is maintained. Directly involved in the production process.

Duties include:
• Daily performance of laboratory tests on cheese and ingredients.
• Equipment used includes microwave ovens, pH meter, analytical and technical balances, magnetized hot salts, calculator, CRT terminal, and various types of glassware and utensils.
• Maintaining work area in an approved housekeeping/sanitary condition.
• Will be involved in using TPM and QIP.
• Expectation that approximately 70% of work time will be spent on the production floor.

Shift start: 7:00PM
Shift length: 12 hours
3 days on, 1 day off, 3 days on , 7 days off; Some Saturday's
