RESPONSIBILITIES FOR QUALITIY CONTROL TECHNICIAN
Develop and maintain inspection reports
Ensure compliance to federal and state laws, as well as company standards and specifications
Maintain calibration of quality control equipment
Perform inspections across all stages of production
Prepare and maintain test data for review
Evaluate data and draft reports, noting any relevant deviations from existing standards
Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement new methods accordingly

QUALIFICATIONS FOR QUALITIY CONTROL TECHNICIAN
Solid understanding of test equipment
Minimum of 2-5 years of inspection and/or production experience
Strong working knowledge of various mathematical concepts including fractions, ratios, geometry and proportions
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret information
Experience with ISO 9001
Quarantine product as necessary according to procedure and assist with product sorts
Verifies that the manufacturing team is following in-process inspection procedures and completing all in-process inspection sheets making sure documents are filled out appropriately
Ability to use micrometers, height gage and calipers
Knowledge of quality control such as first piece validation, in-process and final inspection
